What types of jewelry do you sell?
We sell hand picked designs of designer jewelry along with all other kinds of semi precious stone jewelry, gold plated jewelry, hand made jewelry and 925 sterling silver jewelry.
Are you a jewelry designer?
Yes we operate as a team of senior designer/operator and crafts men, we also hand pick designs from various jewelry designers from around the world and make it available under one roof.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders for which appointment is necessary. We can facilitate Virtual or in-person appointments. Please feel free to call us at +1-647-705-8654 to discuss your custom jewelry requirements. We will try our best to cater to all your high-end custom fashion jewelry needs. Please note, for custom orders, a 50% deposit is required upon finalization of your order and it usually takes a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks time for delivery after the order has been finalized. The remaining 50% will be due before we ship your order to you. During the manufacturing process we will regularly keep you in the loop on the progress of your order.
Do you have a physical store location?
At the moment we are primarily based online where most of our products are available. We do not have our own physical brick-and-mortar store. However, we do have a stockist location in Mississauga that carries some of our products. You may call us for further information if you are interested to visit our stockist store. Please also note, we do custom jewelry and bridal consultations by virtual and in-person appointment in Brampton, Ontario. Please contact us for further information.
What if I like an item at your website but would like to physically see it before I purchase it?
Although we take great care in photographing our items to make sure that the photo is as realistic as possible and the colors shown in the photos are as true as possible. However, we are aware that some customers would still like to physically see an item before purchasing at the website. We also offer Free Local Pickup in Brampton, Ontario. At the time of pick up you may physically see the item. Simply select this option at the time of checkout, which will appear automatically if you are ordering from within the Province of Ontario. If you choose to select this option, please call us at +1 647-705-8654 or Contact Us after you have placed your order, made a payment and received an email with your invoice / order confirmation.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship our products within Canada and USA only. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you would like to order our products from anywhere outside of North America, please contact us.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping within Canada on total order value of $100 and above and flat shipping rate anywhere within the USA. If your order value is below $100, you will be presented with the option of our Flat Rate Shipping Charges as follows depending upon your location (subject to change at any time without prior notice, for example, during special sale periods).
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere within the Province of Ontario = $5
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere within Canada Outside the Province of Ontario = $10
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere in the USA = $20
