You may exchange or return new, unopened and un-used items within 7 days of delivery. If you request for a refund, we will refund the total price of the item minus the shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. If you did not pay any shipping charges, i.e. in the case when your total order value was $100 or above, we will deduct any shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. In addition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and insurance for sending any items back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You may also call us at +1-647-271-8627 to authorize your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected and processed the returned item. No returns will be accepted without a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If we receive any return packages without a valid RMA number, it will be returned to the sender and no refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
