Shipping Policy *
Currently we ship our products within Canada and USA only. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you would like to order our products from anywhere outside of North America, please Contact Us.
- Free shipping anywhere in Canada on total order value of $100 and above (subject to change at any time without prior notice).
- Free shipping anywhere in the USA on total order value of $200 and above (subject to change at any time without prior notice).
Delivery will take approximately 5-10 business days after package has been shipped. Simply select the option of "Free Shipping" at checkout, which will automatically appear under Shipping Methods when your cart's total value is equal to or above the aforementioned values.
- Shipping charges on total order value of below $100.
If your order value is below $100 for Canada and below $200 for the US, you will be presented with the option of our Flat Rate Shipping Charges depending upon your location (subject to change at any time without prior notice)
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere within the Province of Ontario = $5
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere within Canada Outside the Province of Ontario = $10
Flat Rate Shipping Charge per Order to Anywhere in the USA = $20
Free Local Pickup in Brampton, Ontario is also available for order value of below $100.
Simply select the available option at the time of checkout, which will appear automatically depending on which city, Province/State or Country you selected as your shipping and billing address. If you choose to select the option of "Free Local Pickup in Brampton, Ontario", please call us at +1 647-705-8654 or Contact Us after you have placed your order, made a payment and received an email with your invoice / order confirmation.
Please note that on international orders any Customs Duties / Tariffs /Taxes applied by buyer's country are beyond our control and its solely buyer's responsibility.
Exchange and Returns Policy *
You may exchange or return new, unopened and un-used items within 7 days of delivery. If you request for a refund, we will refund the total price of the item minus the shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. If you did not pay any shipping charges, i.e. in the case when your total order value was $100 or above, we will deduct any shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. In addition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and insurance for sending any items back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You may also call us at +1-647-271-8627 to authorize your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected and processed the returned item. No returns will be accepted without a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If we receive any return packages without a valid RMA number, it will be returned to the sender and no refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
