Free shipping within Canada on total order value of $100 and above
Free shipping within USA on total order value of $300 and above
On order valued at $100 or above, we will ship items free of shipping charges to any address in Canada and on orders valued at $300 or above, we will ship items free of shipping charges to any address in USA using the shipping method of our choice. Delivery will take approximately 5-10 business days. Simply select the option of "Free Shipping" at checkout, which will automatically appear under Shipping Methods while checking out if your total order value is $100 or above.
Shipping charges on total order value of below $100
If your order value is below $100, you will be presented with the option of our Flat Rate Shipping Charges depending upon your location.
Please note that on international orders any Customs Duties / Tariffs /Taxes applied by buyer's country are beyond our control and its solely buyer's responsibility.
You may exchange or return new, unopened items within 7 days of purchase and delivery. If you request for a refund, we will refund the total price of the item minus the shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. If you did not pay any shipping charges, i.e. in the case when your total order value was $100 or above, we will deduct any shipping charges that we incurred while shipping the item to you. In addition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and insurance for sending any items back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. No returns will be accepted without a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If we receive any return packages without a valid RMA number, it will be returned to the sender and no refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
